I honestly have the tiniest lashes imaginable and this gives them new length that I didn't think existed. It is advertised as a blackest of black mascara but I do find that it can still look natural if you don't want a dramatic eye.
The only thing I don't like about it is that it can occasionally not create a fluid line, but I don't know if that is just my eyelids as they tend to crease at the edge anyway.
But in general, this is a great gel liner if you want a quick and easy line.
I saw her use the YSL Rouge Volupte lipsticks in her New York vlog and her makeup always looks gorgeous and natural. I bought the two fuschia pink shades. They have blue undertones which are perfect for making your teeth look whiter.
They are very creamy, and make more lips look very healthy.
PS- the colour in these survived the gym! Any lipstick that can manage this after one of Jonathan's personal training sessions is a must have!
I did have a few nights out and parties this month, and this is an ideal red for any special occasion due to it's colour payoff and its staying power. I first applied this at 9am for my Grandparent's wedding anniversary party and it was still fresh looking at 7pm! Amazing formula, and I may need to save up for more shades.
I never thought that I would be a black polish wearer, however I have been loving Nail's Inc. new collection of Alexa Chung nail polishes. I have the shade Alexa Silk which is a pearlescent black.
This is such a pretty black colour that looks amazing with any outfit, and perfect for Autumn. The formula dries really quickly too, so perfect if you're in a hurry and have left your nails to the last minute.
| My next favourite is a youtube channel. I have been loving Shelbey Asburn's Youtube Channel. As you probably have guessed, I am slightly addicted to Bare Minerals. That may be an understatement! Shelbey does a lot of videos about new releases of Bare Minerals, and gives tips on how to use/wear some of the products. I first started watching her videos when I bought the starter kit as I was a little bit clumsy in applying the foundation at first. |
It is just the prettiest leafy green shade that would suit any skin tone.
If anyone finds a dupe for this please let me know; the closest that I have found is MAC's Steamy.
As well well giving my skin a slight glowing look (not much), it evens out my skin and reduces some redness. I have found that it does help foundation stay on longer and makes applying it a little easier.
It does cost £39, but is worth it in the long run.
My next post will be an Autumn Face look book. It was going to be just eyes, but I thought I might include blushers and Lipsticks in this one for a change.
Bye for now!
